La Leche League offers information, education, and support to breastfeeding women in a variety of ways:
Local meetings
Our monthly support meetings are a place where women can learn about breastfeeding in a relaxed setting with other mothers. Sit and spend an hour chatting, laughing, and sharing your joys, questions, and concerns with other women who understand.

Free breastfeeding help
If you have a breastfeeding question or concern between our monthly meetings, a local Leader is available to take your phone call. La Leche League also offers breastfeeding help through our twenty-four-hour Help Line (877-4-LALECHE) and our online Help Form System.
Connect with other mothers
Our local support meetings are an excellent way to find other breastfeeding mothers and make friends. Additionally, La Leche League helps women connect through our Mother-to-Mother Forums online.
La Leche League is an international, non-profit, non-sectarian organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to women who want to breastfeed.
