Free breastfeeding help
Do you have a breastfeeding question or concern? A local La Leche League Leader is available during waking hours to take your phone call and answer your breastfeeding questions. Please call:

La Leche League also offers breastfeeding help through our twenty-four-hour Help Line (877-4-LALECHE) and our online Help Form System.
Local meetings
Our monthly meetings are a place where women can learn about breastfeeding in a relaxed setting with other mothers. Sit and spend an hour chatting, laughing, and sharing your joys, questions, and concerns with other women who understand.

Our local support meetings are an excellent way to find other breastfeeding mothers and make friends. Additionally, La Leche League helps women connect through our Mother-to-Mother Forums online.
